Appreciating vibrant (sometimes outlandish) exotics.

What an incredible array of intricate variety exotic plants offer! It’s very rewarding to study and feature these in my visual studies. I enjoy all the different hues, textures and shapes – it’s almost as these types of plants are begging to be photographed. Harsh conditions are but a small price to pay for these types of images. I’m proud to have them in my portfolio.

Shooting exotic plants well requires focus, a certain mindset, sometimes ingenuity and lots of patience. I appreciate that.
