My passion for boats could possibly be described as an obsession or a product of extreme daydreaming – depending on who you talk to. Some day I’ll get my own. Till then, I love to watch, study, photograph, and be on them.
My affinity for bodies of water and yes, I can swim.
I love to be around, by an in the water. Photographically speaking, there are so many dynamics at play when shooting bodies of water. It’s fun to work with those to create attractive imagery. It’s been a great experience for me to travel and shoot a good variety of oceans, bays, gulfs, lakes, rivers, waterfalls, streams and creeks.
An dream vacation for me? Charter a boat on the Nile, Amazon, Yangtze or French canal systems, leisurely exploring the natural wonder of the water and nearby towns and villages. What an incredible photo expedition that would be!
